About Us
B & B Brownie Factory founders Russ & Sherry Berger have been baking their
sinfully delicious brownies since 1992.
The Bergers restaurant business was founded in 1990 when they opened Blue
Wave Grill & Bar. Russ created the savory in the kitchen and Sherry whipped up the sweets in the Bakery. The response
was immediately overwhelming. Starting from one restaurant with a few employees, they now have two restaurants, a
web based Brownie Business, over 60 employees and continue to grow.
